Candi Henry has been appointed to a three-year term as a Hearing Committee Member for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
The Board of Professional Responsibility is the entity established by the Tennessee Supreme Court to effectuate the Court’s disciplinary enforcement over attorney activity. Hearing Committee Members serve on panels that conduct proceedings relating to matters of lawyer discipline.
