The Nashville Bar Association's Appellate Practice Committee has published the eighth edition of Appellate Advocacy: A Handbook on Appellate Practice in Tennessee. The Handbook provides novice and experienced litigators with tips and analysis on practicing in the state's appellate courts and is available online.
Candi Henry was among the editors of the Handbook. She has previously served as co-chair of the NBA Appellate Practice Committee.
